49、ne前言Foreword二零一五年度報告Annual Report 2015028業績回顧二零一五年,本集團共實現綜合營業額港幣1,033.9億元,同比增長15.3%;扣除投資物業評估增值後的核心股東應佔溢利港幣142.1億元,同比增長19.2%;計入投資物業評估增值後的股東應佔溢利港幣175.3億元,同比增長15.8%。年內,本集團實現每股盈利港幣259.2仙,同比增長11.8%;其中,每股核心股東應佔溢利港幣210.0仙,同比增長15.2%。截至二零一五年十二月三十一日,每股淨資產達港幣16.59元,同比增長2.6%。本公司董事會決議宣派末期股息每股港幣48.7仙,計入中期股息每股港幣8.
