3、ses and customers are actually creating tighter connections than ever.Marketers are using video to deepen their audience relationships and expand to new horizons.Sellers are using video to build a close rapport with each and every one of their buyers,even if theyve never shaken hands in person.And i
4、ts working.say that video converts the same or better than other forms of content.Video is everywhereand you need a plan for how youre going to use it.Welcome to our sixth annual Video in Business Benchmark Report!This study analyzes the videos that users created and uploaded to Vidyards video platf

12、ype of user-generated video.74%of BDRs and SDRs are creating outbound prospecting videos,as well as 67%of Account Executives.Among Customer Success reps,product or solution demo videos are the most popular,at 65%.The average length across all videos is 15 minutes and 31 seconds long.The 2-to-4-minut
13、e length bracket is seeing the biggest growth,with 53%more videos clocking in at this length.The 4-to-10-minute bracket also grew by 25%.Regardless of length,53%of viewers,on average,will watch a video through to the end.66%of viewers will finish a video thats under 1 minute longthe highest rate of

16、ular ways to create videos?We categorize videos into two types:“User-generated”and“produced.”(See the sidebar for more information.)In 2022,72%of videos created were user-generated.The remaining 28%were produced.This means that user-generated video continues to be hugely popular.Thats a trend weve s
17、een over the past few years,and we dont see it slowing down anytime soon.Heres some more insight into those 1.28 million user-generated videos.Nearly 80%of them are either recordings of a devices screen,or“hybrid”videosour term for videos that layer webcam bubbles on top of screen recordings,showing
