19、idnt have a pre-boarding process in place for new hires.Especially for graduates,this sometimes led to longer waiting periods between the moment they signed the contract and their first day in the office.To solve this issue and to create a structured process,KPMG decided to use an integrated and sec

20、ure onboarding software solution.The companys onboarding process now starts as soon as the contract is signed.The app sends new hires all the practical information they need to know before their first day,their new colleaguess contact details,and more.Business impactAfter two years of using the onbo

21、arding app,KPMG employees give their hiring experience a 4.45 out of 5 and their first week a 4.12,with an 81%app activation rate.10LASD Reinventing outdated processesThe LASD is the largest sheriffs department in the world and the fourth largest police agency in the United States.The departments se
