15、n China displayed remarkable resilience in the face of continuing headwinds.Employers experienced uneven growth from sector to sector,though talent showing specialised digital skills and expertise in emerging technologies remained much sought-after across industries in China.Reduced overseas demand
16、and supply chain slowdowns affected Chinas manufacturing sector,but Chinas financial support measures for the real economy helped to blunt the blow.3 Relaxed government regulations have also opened up local markets to overseas financial institutions,leading to increased personnel demand for jobseeke
17、rs with experience in strategic investment in listed companies.Stimulus packages in support of SMEs,advanced manufacturing,and innovation industries have significantly lightened the burden on manufacturing-sector companies,resulting in high-tech manufacturing and equipment manufacturing growing by 7
18、.5%YOY;and information transmission,software,and information technology services growing by a surprising 16.3%YOY.The employment picture has been similarly upbeat,with the Cyberspace Administration of China reporting that 12 tech giants had hired more workers than they lost in the past nine months.4
